The Account Coordinator is responsible for executing integrated communications for assigned client business. The Account Coordinator works directly with Account Supervisors to manage the creation and production of planned communications projects, including email, broadcast, print, out of home, marketing automation, direct mail and collateral projects. Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated history of detail-oriented project management and collaborative work with other agency departments/disciplines. BGRM’s Account Coordinators are expected to work quickly and efficiently, while also developing a keen understanding of the strategy driving their work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical:
Responsible for working with Account Supervisors, Creative and Media teams to fulfill planned tactics, looking ahead to keep projects on schedule.
Identifies necessary deliverables and is accountable for on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality work.
Project Management:
Initiates creative jobs and oversees the progress of all projects.
Actively involved on a daily basis to assure timely completion of projects.
Communication:
While not primarily responsible for client communication, excellent communication skills for internal team work is critical.
Works with Media, PR/Social Media and Creative departments to be sure all necessary information, marketing and advertising direction is acquired that could influence any and all agency work for the client.
LEADERSHIP QUALITIES:
Strong character, solution-orientation, results-driven, strong desire to learn/grow.
High energy, outgoing personality is a plus for internal project management with the team.
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in marketing, advertising, communications or business.
Experience (internship or full time work) in marketing and advertising is preferred, but not required.
